Registration Refund Policy (Spring 2024):

Requests for refunds must be made by e-mail to the SYSA Administrator: [email protected]not your child's coach. A conflict with another sport does not trigger a refund. A full refund, including any late fees, will be issued to players not placed due to space limitations. Players sustaining a season ending injury before the half way point in the season may be issued a 50% refund. 

 A $10 refund administrative fee will be deducted from all other refunds.

Registrations received after the deadline will be accessed a $25 non-refundable late fee, and players will be placed on a first come, first served space available basis.

No refunds will be issued for third to eighth grade players after February 3, 2024; for Mini Kickers to second grade players after March 18, 2024; and for high school players after April 1, 2024. There will be a $10 administrative fee deducted from all refunds.

Credit card refunds can be issued by the SYSA Administrator. Please note that AdminSports, Inc. does not have the authority to issue refunds.

Registration Fee Waivers:

Sudbury Soccer offers fee waivers on an as needed, case by case basis for the Spring and Fall seasons. A limited number of partial waivers are available for the Academy Squad. 

Parents requesting a fee waiver should send an email to the SYSA Administrator, [email protected], with a brief explanation as to why the request is being made. All requests are kept strictly confidential.

We do not offer waivers for the Winter Futsal or Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer Skills sessions in order to keep our registration fees as low as possible.
