- Email Sandy ([email protected]) and Referee Coordinator (Kenny: [email protected]) with request.
- Email Subject: Match Change Request – Match Date - Coach Name – BAYS Game #
- Include the following information:
- BAYS Game # (required)
- Week #
- Name of Opposing Team
- Time and Date of match
- Proposed time(s) and date(s) of match
- Requests should be made at least one week in advance
