CAREER
As a player at the age of 6, Ryan played for his local side in Cardiff. He played there for 4 years before signing for Cardiff City youth academy. After numbers of years of playing, Ryan was then released from Cardiff and then eventually joined a Welsh league team to continue his playing career before he decided on the coaching career.
Ryan’s first evolvement in coaching was back in 2005 when a former coach from Cardiff’s academy set-up and invited him to join as a volunteer to gain experience. Since then, Ryan has worked for a few clubs at the highest level of youth development such as NEP, NPL and DA level and now looking to continue that with the New England Revolution.
