CAREER:

Andrew began his youth soccer coaching career in his native Ireland as a coach with his local club, Saint Michael's FC, for whom he was a player for 10 years. Beginning as a grassroots development coach, Andrew went on to introduce and implement a structured development program and model for the club during his 3 year spell.

 

While studying towards his degree in Recreation and Sport Management at Waterford Institute of Technology, Andrew joined Villa FC where he would work as a coach and technical director of the clubs youth academy for 4 years.

 

Following graduation, Andrew moved to the U.S after being offered a role with Global Premier Soccer. While at GPS, Andrew oversaw the implementation of new programming in Georgia and Connecticut and would eventually work his way up to the role of Director of Coaching within GPS Massachusetts. In his time at GPS, Andrew coached teams from U10-U18 on both the boys and girls side of the club. He also coached the  U12 and U15 Girls State Elite sides within the New England Premiership.
