SYSA Soccer Programs

Sudbury Youth Soccer (SYSA) offers programs for players in kindergarten through high school in the Fall, Winter and Spring seasons.  With the exception of the Academy Squad and Skills Academy sessions, all teams are coached by volunteer, parent coaches.

The Fall season begins the weekend after Labor Day and runs for ten weeks. The Spring season typically begins the first or second weekend in April for U9 and older teams, and the second or third weekend for U6, U7, and U8 teams.

The schedule listed below is typical, but may change due to field availability.

U6 (Kindergarten) Boys and Girls: 1 hour and 15 minute sessions on Saturday afternoon.

U7 (First Grade) Boys and Girls: 1 hour and 15 minute sessions on Sunday afternoon.

U8 (Second Grade) Boys and Girls: Game on Sunday and one weeknight practice session each week.

U9/U10 Boys' and Girls' In Town: Game on Saturday, and one weeknight practice session each week. In the event we do not receive enough registrations for a viable U9/U10 In Town program, registered players will be given the option to change to the BAYS program.

U9, U10, U11, U12 and U14 Boys' and Girls' BAYS (travel): Game on Saturdays (five home/five away) and two weeknight practice sessions each week.

High School Boys' and Girls' BAYS (travel): Game on Sunday and one practice session on Saturday each week.
