Registration Policies/Waivers

Registration Refund Policy:

Requests for refunds must be made by e-mail to the SYSA Administrator, not your child's coach. A conflict with another sport does not trigger a refund. A full refund, including any late fees, will be issued to players not placed due to space limitations. Players sustaining a season ending injury before the half way point in the season may be issued a 50% refund. 

For the 2018 Fall Season, no refunds will be issued for third to eighth grade players after June 15 and for kindergarten to second grade players after August 1. A $10 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. In many case, backing out of an assigned team can lead to issues with fielding teams for games and is not fair to the teams players. 

Credit card refunds can be issued by the SYSA Administrator. You must provide credit card information, full name on card, card number, expiration date, and security code. This information can be provided by email or phone, 978 443-1321.  Please note that AdminSports, Inc. does not have the authority to issue refunds.

Registration Fee Waivers:

Sudbury Soccer offers fee waivers on an as needed, case by case basis for the Spring and Fall seasons. A limited number of partial waivers are available for the Academy Squad. 

Parents requesting a fee waiver should send their children's registration receipt via email to the SYSA Administrator, [email protected], with a brief explanation as to why the request is being made. All requests are kept strictly confidential.

We do not offer waivers for the Winter Futsal or Fall, Winter, and Spring Skills sessions in order to keep our registration fee as low as possible.
