Kick Hunger during a Fall Training Session
SYSA is very happy to support the activities that use soccer as a means to give back to our community. We are very fortunate to be able to play the beautiful game and it’s important to take a step back and look for ways to give back to those that could use our help. Just like soccer, life should be a team sport.
We are happy to provide coaches with another tool in their bag to help teach the players both the game and community service. Two current LS High School players are offering to help assist coaches in the practice in exchange for canned goods to be donated to a local food pantry.
If you’re looking for help demonstrating skills or activities to your players please consider Tyler and Danny assisting an upcoming practice. I’m sure parents would be more than happy to bring canned goods and this would be a great example for the players.
