Futsal and Winter Skills ~ Session #2

FUTSAL:

Mondays: U9 and U10, separate boys’ and girls’ leagues, 4:00-7:00

Wednesdays: U11 and U12, separate boys’ and girls’ leagues, 4:00-7:00

Fridays: U13 and U14, 4:00-6:00

The Futsal League is played in a round robin format, so a player’s scheduled playing time will change from week to week.

Futsal players must have a navy and white reversible jersey. If your child does not already have one, one can be purchased by going to the Family Information page of your AdminSports registration account and clicking on the "Purchase" button after your child's name. The cost of the jersey is $18.

SKILLS ACADEMY:

U8: Thursdays 5:00-6:00

U9/U10: Tuesdays 5:00-6:00

U11/U12: Tuesdays 4:00-5:00

U13/U14: Thursdays 4:00-5:00

For the Futsal League we will accept a maximum of 48 players per gender at the U10 level and U12 levels; and 32 players per gender at the U14 level. The Skills Academy is coed and can accommodate 16 U8 players; 32 U10 players; 32 U12 players; and 16 U14 players per eight week session.

There will be NO SESSIONS the week of 2/18.

Sessions WILL be held on 3/25, Passover, and 3/29, Good Friday.

We regret that sessions cancelled due to inclement weather can not be rescheduled, nor will refunds be issued. In the event that school is closed due to the weather, we will decide by 3:00 PM whether that night's session will be held as scheduled.

All sessions will be held at the FieldHouse in Chiswick Park in Sudbury.

Players should wear cleats for the Academy sessions, and sneakers for the futsal sessions. Shinguards are required for both.

A reminder that during the inclement weather months players are asked not to wear their sneakers to the FieldHouse, and parents should also have a change of shoes if they are planning to walk on the wood flooring to the bleachers to stay and watch their child play.

The above requests are for the safety of the children and for the protection of the court surface.
